O'Brien Flooring & Painting is a locally owned and operated family business serving the Harrisburg, PA and surrounding  areas.  Shannon O'Brien, owner of O'Brien Flooring & Painting, has been in the industry for 15 years and holds multiple flooring and coating certifications.
